Rae is an experienced coach, facilitator and consultant with over a decade of experience in engagement, partnership working and collaboration across the public sector. She is recognised for her expertise in co production and stakeholder engagement, and for supporting organisations to turn collaborative ambition into practical action.
Based in Wales, Rae brings deep system knowledge, policy awareness and a strong public service ethos to ThinkTeam’s work.
