Our training is about learning that makes a difference. It is practical, reflective and enjoyable, building skills, confidence and understanding, so people feel ready to apply what they have learned straight away.
Our training supports people working in public and third sector contexts, where confidence, judgement and relationships matter as much as technical knowledge.
Structured reflection that helps people connect learning to their own roles
Opportunities to test ideas and build confidence in a safe environment
Conversation, exercises and stories drawn from practice

How do we do it?

Every training session ThinkTeam designs is interactive and inclusive. We use a blend of approaches to support different learning styles and real world application.
Our training is grounded in real experience. Each programme is tailored to the organisation and its context, ensuring relevance and immediate usefulness. We aim to create learning that is thought provoking and enjoyable.

Why do we do it?

Training works best when people feel part of the learning, not just recipients of information. Too often, training is something that is done to people rather than with them. When training really works, something shifts.
People see an issue differently, gain confidence in a new approach or make a connection that stays with them.
ThinkTeam’s training creates the space for learning that leads to change. We bring together discussion, activity and reflection so participants can learn in ways that suit them and contribute to a shared experience.

Where have we done it?

ThinkTeam has developed and delivered training across public and third sector organisations, strengthening confidence and capability in engagement and facilitation.

Our work includes:

Designing and delivering Engaging with Nature training for Natur am Byth!, working with operational staff to build confidence and skills in best practice public engagement in response to the Nature Emergency.
Developing and delivering Facilitating Conversations training for Natural Resources Wales, working alongside staff across the organisation to facilitate workshops, manage difficult conversations, influence effectively, collaborate with confidence and chair meetings with purpose.
